The National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA), a nonprofit 501©3 organization, is the nation’s premier professional organization representing the interest of over 100,000 African Americans participating in the fields of accounting, auditing, business, consulting, finance and information technology, and students aspiring to enter into these professions. One of the goals of NABA is to identify opportunities for minority students. NABA achieves this goal through its annual regional student conferences.

This Fall, NABA will present its
31st Annual Southwest Western Region Student Conference. It will be held at the Sheraton Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas October 14 - 16, 2010. This conference will have students attending from colleges and universities from the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas. Students attending the conference will have an opportunity to enhance their communication and interpersonal skills, interact with other students, attend seminars, interview with corporate sponsors and apply for scholarships; just to name a few of the benefits.

Student Conference Deadlines:
Conference Registration - $115 between July 17 - August 31, 2010
Late Conference Registration - $130 after August 31, 2010
Student Chapter Dues Additional $20
